Below is a list of frequently asked questions that we have received over the years. Please browse the list as it may contain an answer to one of your questions.



The bounce house units are 15'x15' and the height of all our units are approx. 12.5 ft.

Generally speaking, between 6 and 15 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children and the size of the bounce house.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible.


Yes. All our units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.

Actually, it stays very comfortable inside the equipment. The moonwalks lose air with every bounce (that is what makes them bouncy- the loss and refilling of air!) so it is usually breezy and cool inside. Plus, each moonwalk has a roof that shades the bounce area.

We do not operate our moonwalks in high winds and we will cancel due to rain in the forecast, however we will attempt to deliver if possible but bounce houses are made of vinyl and are extremely slippery when wet, so to avoid injury we must cancel if it is raining. If recent weather has caused the bounce area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate location. If your event may be cancelled due to weather, you will be called in advance.  If your bounce house is delivered on a questionable day once it is delivered there will be no refunds even if it rains.


Yes we can!. Gymnasiums and activity centers with a 20' clearance .

You may place an order two ways: 1) Call us at (903) 625-0690 or 2) Fill out our online form . Your reservation is not confirmed until we notify you with a confirmation.

Ages 2-12 years. Some older teenager parties are permissible; call or e-mail for details if you're not sure. Remember we do have inflatables for the older kids too!

We deliver to the East Texas, primarily within a 1 1/2 hr drive from Tyler. Please call to check if we can deliver to your area.


Only if electric power can be supplied by a building at the park, you must make the arrangements with the proper authorities.

Approx. a 17' X 17' area is needed for setup. Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high.


Yes. We prefer to set up in a lawn or grassy area if possible because it is easier to secure the unit but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or other hard surface. We will not set up on a gravel driveway.
If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. And please inform us of this so we can bring our sandbag anchor system.


Yes. We will bring 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously.

We will schedule a devery time at least 3 days in advance. We guarantee that the bouncer will be set up before your party. As we get an idea where when we have to get deliveries out on a particular day will set a time.


Our office is open from 10am to 5pm Monday-Friday. We, however can be reached by our patrons on weekends as well. If you happen to get voicemail at any time, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our curfews for picking up are generally 9 PM during daylight savings and 8 PM otherwise.

We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled party date. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, if you are not too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come first served basis.



No. In fact, we do not allow for this. All of our drivers are trained as installers. Where the safety of your children is concerned, we do not take any chances.
